Purchase of a qualifying Heritage Rough Rider product must be made between June 1, 2022 and July 31, 2022. Form must be postmarked by August 15, 2022 and received by August 30, 2022.

Consumer must submit completed form with original product UPC(s) from the box, copy of dated, store identified cash register receipt and/or dated, store identified and itemized sales invoice. Offer may not be combined with any other Heritage Manufacturing, Inc. offer. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from submission receipt for delivery of your rebate check. Multiple rebates per household are allowed. Limit of one rebate per Serial # of a qualifying Heritage product purchased. Employees, retailers, clubs, groups, distributors, and resellers entries are void and will not be honored, acknowledged, or returned.
